2022-09-01	Ca*****	Over 90% of the content I would not watch even if you guys put them into free platform like youtube or tiktok, let alone paying for it. Some videos are inteded to be viewed in vertical but the player forces it to be horizontal instead, with no option to change orientation.

2022-05-09	Re*****	this app is pretty good actually there are so many movies and indie movies too but its not comfortable to watch on mobile with long ratio screen. the film cannot be adjusted as the screen ratio so there is a large black gap at each edge of the screen

2021-05-07	Ra*****	After all these times, GoPlay still can't be accessed from website, because i'd like to watch a movie on my computer rather than my phone. And the subscription price isn't even worth the money with a very little list of interesting series. Fortunately, i got these subscription for free, so yeah still not that useful for me since it lacks of original content or any interesting content. Be better goplay, in this very challenging market, you guys have nothing to offer to be honest.
After all these times, GoPlay still can't be accessed from website, because i'd like to watch a movie on my computer rather than my phone. And the subscription price isn't even worth the money with a very little list of interesting series. I want to enter the verification code, but they didn't send me any message to verify my account. please fix this, this app has potential to be really good.

2020-09-15	Re*****	I hope there is an option to choose video quality, not just depends on my network speed. And where is the watchlist feature? Others OTT at least has that. And I can't watch on my laptop. Only exclusive movies make me want to subscribe. I love the movies, but I hate the apps.

2020-06-30	Ra*****	Never gave a review with 1 star but guess this app deserves it. The file of content always crashes, although I've already downloaded it. It really wasting my time and I lost many minutes - which the need to watch scenes. I actually love the Indonesian movie that available in this app, but, in my 4 hours after paying the subscription... I do regret it.

2020-02-07	A *****	When watching foreign series or movie, some of it didn't have subtitles. I don't know whether it's just latest series or movie didn't have any subtitle just yet and will get updates later or not. I hope this issue will get resolved ASAP and people will find this app as alternatives to other similar app.

2020-01-19	A *****	Unpopular opinion: This app is fine since I only downloaded it because I want to see the original content. I don't really care about anything else since this ain't my main streaming service. For me, GoPlay's original content worth the subscription. It's well-executed, well-acted, overall very enjoyable. There are so many place for improvement of course as you can see. I just hope a lot more people will appreciate the original content instead. Keep up the good work, guys!

2019-11-07	A *****	Truly dissapointed with how the apps work, just like an undercooked dish being served or an unprepared cafe at the start of an holiday. Came looking for an entertainment and you gave me these: 1. Downloaded movies has errors back and forth during play ( check the 27 steps of may) 2. Exit apps and tried to continue watch the movie and it cannot played at all Hope the teams are ready to work extra hard to get these things fixed because customers have paid in advance the subscription :( come on!!
