Opened automatically as part of set up of "new" (previously owned but factory reset) Pixel 4.

It's automatic when u get a new phone on start up Samsung or any affiliated device 2 set up Google ACCOUNT ran phones. After reading these reviews I was laughing how stupid the ppl r! U must BACK UP everything to ur Google ACCOUNT FIRST in order to TRANSFER DATA. What u LAST SYNCED IN back up is WHAT WILL BE TRANSFERED! IT RUNS ON START/SET UP ONLY! Not for when u decide to! GOOGLE ACCOUNT USE
