I'm speaking here both as an older sister who doesn't want her younger siblings to grow up watching tiktok, and as a kid who's had parental controls since they got their first device. My personal opinion is that its only kids under 13 or if older, and kids whose attitude and actions are getting worse as they use their devices more, who should have parental controls. Kids who are over 13 and behave like it should not be treated like they're not, and the ones who hang themselves over this aren't.
