2025-01-31	Ig*****	Might depends on your pixel device what's the quality of pictures might be but personally love output from 8pro. App is easy to navigate, stable and with good functionality. Would appreciate more manual options for HDR, and adjusting shadows and highlights as previously. Brightness adjustment only is not the best if you styling your photo.

2025-01-30	Je*****	Pixel 8a only zooms into 3x in portrait mode. Auto Flash was removed!! If I wanted to use night sight I would chose that from the list at the bottom. Now I have to jump through hoops to get the flash on in low light situations. The newest update has removed the lock icon so you can do an af / ae lock. No explanation on how we can lock focus or exposure with this new update. Night sight in portrait / camera mode is only for Pixel 4a 5g or later.

For one, guided frame needs to work better and more speedily in recognizing objects when the camera app is open. Additionally, the ability to be able to record with both the front and the back facing cameras at the same time is a much needed function, especially when I find myself more often than not these days wanting to have that functionality. Also, having the ability to have A I video description would be great

2025-01-25	La*****	Unless I'm on .5 or 5x nothing will focus, yes I've cleaned the lenses. Repeatedly. It just shows fuzzy blobs of light and dark, it won't focus on faces. When I get a pic it's great, but I miss a lot of pictures because I can't zoom on my chosen subject matter aside from 5x or .5. this is regardless what mode I use. No way to update, it's awful.

2025-01-23	Su*****	Google brought back exposure and wb controls as quick access controls. Thanks for listening to our feedbacks. However, I am still unhappy with the items excessive post-processing to my images. I like my image to be natural and the way it is shot. Google is making them over sharpened and more detailed. The texture in my subjects' faces are not smooth.

2025-01-22	Sa*****	Im using a pro phone, but don't have pro controls over the camera settings. White balance and focus will constantly shift in video. There's no way to choose settings or lock them in place. I have to trust the phone and assume the correct settings. Telephoto lens doesn't show correct framing on the screen, so the recorded image will be different than what I shot.

2025-01-22	Jo*****	Slow focus if at all,, doesn't read QR codes even though the setting is on! Macro doesn't work, probably for the same reason the QR code doesn't!! Signal is weak and takes forever to switch between data and wifi, also takes several seconds to connect a call, most of the time.. Just bad luck with this unit, and Google couldn't care less,, I'm done with Google after this phone..signal is much better on the 9 series than the 8.. But camera is still horrible,, the s24 U. camera is awesome,

This app WAS absolutely amazing and everything I ever wanted in a camera app: ease of use, able to adjust photos, & my favorite part... minor retouching, instead of transferring the file to Photoshop, when wanting to take out minor details that distract from the photograph. With the update I just was prompted to install today, now that retouching feature is gone. Thanks... 🙄 Really... 🙄 Truly... 🙄 Reeeeeaaaalllly appreciate you going backwards with your tech 🙄🙄🙄

Even when I open my camera app, it is automatically opening up the selfie camera. My phone was working fine until 3 days ago, but all of a sudden such behavior is happening. Super weird and needs to be fixed. Quite sure this is a software/app issue and not my hardware.

2025-01-17	Bl*****	Crashing constantly now when trying to switch to facing camera. Nothing fixes it. Not even resetting it to factory settings. Zero external damage. I've tried Google support many times and they have me go through the same exact stuff over and over again. I'm tired of factory resetting my phone. My time is worth something. They never fix the issue. Why bother to upgrade to Pixel 9? This is my third and final Pixel.
