Took off 3 days sick. The app logged to my company payroll that I was off sick for the remainder of 2024 and the entirety of 2025. I would have been left with no money had I not noticed.

Says my phone isn't supported. Is a Samsung s24 ultra! I think the last update messed it up. It worked fine before that. Edit : after latest update, it now works again, thanks!

The app has suddenly stopped working on my phone apparently to keep the app secure my phone has been prevented from accessing goodshape this is not helpful when I need to access it to report and update absences

As others have mentioned I've been locked out since the update on my device. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled and I still recieve the same message that my device is unsupported for the security of the app. Please advise.
