Recent reviews

The app is awesome, been first many medical emergencies, patients from 4 days old to 84 years old. However, in New Zealand, particularly Tauranga, St John's hate anyone with skills or equipment getting there before them. As a result, I've sold my publicly available AEDs. I remain trained in ALS, and continue to work alongside more professional and friendly ambulance services.

Important app but major signup frictions that are very irritating. 1. Had to cycle through 3 emails to attempt signup because it claimed the first 2 were already used, but not possible to recover those accounts and login. 2. Each time on signup when I got the 'email already in use', the captcha didn't reset meaning I had to back out and refill all the forms 3. doesnt let me upload photo of my id. Instead forced to take a x0.5 zoom non-focusable photo through the app... the result is blurry photo
