Get fit with hearing fitness and get up to 100% of the costs reimbursed by your health insurance company. This app is currently available to the Prevention Testing Center for certification in accordance with Section 20 SGB V.
The fitness courses cover everything you need. From endurance courses to strengthening courses and stretching. We use exercises from strength training, HIIT, yoga and Pilates, among others.

The audio courses are based on 3 pillars.
1. Double execution
All fitness courses in audio format come in duplicate. Once with detailed explanations so that you understand the exercises from the ground up.
And once with fewer explanations so that you can start doing the exercises straight away.
2. Training plans
Training plans await you every week to inspire you and to better plan your sports routine.
You will receive 3 training plans every week, depending on how much time and energy you want to invest in your sports routine that week.
3. Body feeling
Through targeted reflection questions and explanations, the courses focus on training your body awareness.
Here's a small example: "You should feel this exercise in your stomach. When you feel it in your back, do XY."

As an addition to the prevention offer, we offer online live courses via Zoom and WhatsApp groups for exchange.
You have the opportunity to take part in joint sports sessions. Here you can ask any questions that came up during independent practice, have your execution checked and be motivated by the energy of others!
