User Reviews

Users praise the app’s simplicity and the pizza itself, with several noting the brand’s long-standing presence and consistency. The top positives are an easy, family-friendly ordering experience, tasty pizza, and reliable brand loyalty. However, the most recurring problems are technical: the app frequently fails to load (white/black screen or won’t open), and authentication issues like repeated logins and broken password resets.

Pros

Easy to use and family-friendly app that even kids can order from.
Pizza tastes great; high-quality food.
Long-time, reliable brand with consistent locations and friendly staff.

Cons

App often won't load or shows a white/black screen, effectively preventing use.
Login issues: you have to log in each time, password reset is broken, and points may be lost.
