2022-05-01	pa*****	Not a good app. I really wanted to like this service but once you have an issue the communication stops with them. I was unable to pick up one pkg and they refuse to respond. They kept my package. You cannot contact them through the app. A report will be filed to the bbb and any other office that deals with corrupt businesses.
