Good customer service and easy cancellation for credit

App has technical issues, such as inability to search for events or process purchases
High service fees, making the actual savings minimal
Inconsistent customer service responses and lack of direct phone support
Sold out shows are not clearly marked in the app
Navigation issues, such as the app scrolling to the top when opening events

I would've given 5 stars before the update cuz I used to love the app, it was so easy. Now I'm having the same problem a lot of people are having. The app won't let me search for anything anymore and it's stuck on only 1 pg. What does it take for you guys to fix it? I'm glad to know it wasn't cuz I complained about a so called "flash sale" for 'To Kill a Mockingbird' for $35 that was the same price as the regular deal. I never got a 2nd follow up from customer service and now it's $6 more!

I loved this app, but there have been recent changes to it that I really dislike. It's not as easy and accessible to find events. If you want to find events it takes you to a different web page and it's no longer on the app. Terrible.
