Goldrift

Goldrift** is a 3D top-down action arena game. You play a warden who walks
the gold rift — greatsword in hand — and auto-fights through waves of rift
monsters inside obsidian arenas. Collect gold, clear 20 arenas, and end the
expedition at the Rift Dragon's throne.

### Controls
- Move: Use the virtual joystick on the left side of the screen. Your hero
automatically attacks the nearest enemy in range.
- Backpedal: Drag the joystick against your facing direction to retreat
while keeping your facing — the key to kiting ranged casters.

### Core Loop
1. Clear levels: Each stage has multiple waves plus a final boss (the Rift
Dragon). Clear all waves to unlock the next arena and walk into the portal.
2. Kill & collect: Monsters drop gold (persistent currency) and XP gems.
3. Level up: Gain XP, pick 1 of 3 Rift Boons; reroll with gold.
4. Empower: 16 boons cover attack / speed / crit / survival / mobility /
economy / elements, and stack.
5. Grow: Spend gold on 5 hero skins (Rift / Molten / Ember / Frost /
Abyss Warden) and boon rerolls.
6. Win streak: Continue to the next level with boons and levels kept;
death resets them (gold and skins are kept).
7. Ad skills & revive: Rift Storm and Golden Mend are cast by watching a
rewarded video; revive once per level with 60% HP and brief invincibility.

### Monsters & Stages
- 6 rift monsters: Rift Scarab, Gold Shard Raven, Ember Imp, Gilded Crab,
Obsidian Brute and the Rift Dragon (Boss).
- 20 arenas with rising enemy HP / damage and changing hex-arena layouts.

### Boon Rarity
Common (grey) → Uncommon (green) → Rare (blue) → Epic (purple) → Legendary
(gold-orange). Legendary boons are rare; gold rerolls are the main way to hunt them.

### Tips
- Stack attack / attack-speed boons for fast clearing.
- Backpedal to dodge fireballs from Ember Imps and the Rift Dragon.
- Manage gold wisely: it is shared between rerolls and skins.
