They just make there employees work and don't give them salary for 2 months and when you ask for the salary they just give excuses and don't pay the salary. But when I am going to withdraw money it's asking payment passward. i mailed goldify and connect the person who gives me trade there is no response yet.there is huge issue of withdraw money. And goldify asking our personal details for kyc we need to send on mail...,....... I don't think goldify has a customer support.

2023-03-10	Ak*****	It's better to stay away with this app. 1. It's a trading app with lots of disadvantage. 2. What ever you do, it will be benefits to goldify. 3. You loose or get profit, transaction fees benefits are to Goldify. 4. For example, as per goldify if you invest RS 260/transaction then if you are loosing and goes till -260 then automatically the transaction will be cancelled and you won't be having a choice to hold the transaction. So here you lost 260+40= Rs 300. Their trending values are unclear.

Even provide right signal it's only for 5 to 6 points and in this points only covers app's fees only. Even show only profit but in real it's loss. Agent says always will cover loss but in real their is no support. I loss my 10000 in only in early 5 to 6 days. Their is not a single thing to say good. It's totally worst ....

2022-11-17	Ra*****	I had deposited Rs 10000 on request of your agent for Registration and trading .She ( Agent)done the trading on first day. I dont know how she access my account and done the trades ? She lost almost all my fund in a single day. 2nd day i asked her about it, she told that she will recover the loss. But if my wallet shows insufficient fund how she will recover or done the trade ? Now no response from her. Very bad experiance in first day. No customer care found on app to talk directly with them.
