Live bus tracking doesn't seem to work if you have a low-bandwidth connection. That's a big negative considering that their buses are often late (more so than you can expect because of traffic, as evidenced by other bus services making the same stops). We waited nearly 2 hours at a stop in the heart of the city; would have left earlier if we could have observed their buses skirting our stop in real time.
