*Already contacted customer service & given a boilerplate response.* I Never asked or agreed to credit monitoring but yet my account started showing it on the main page after the last update. You should be ashamed of yourselves, I thought Golden 1 was better than using sneaky disgusting practices. I never asked for this but had to deactivate it on the app, but WHY WAS IT STARTED AT ALL? SAD PRACTICES FROM YOU GOLDEN 1 JUST SAD. Now plan on closing my account since privacy doesn't matter here.
