SNAI PaceCircuit Coach is a sports interval training app that builds timing precision and lap consistency through beat-synchronized circuit sessions. Each tier unlocks progressively tighter beat SNAIdows and longer lap sequences, rewarding athletes who master rhythm under increasing competitive pressure.
Three tiers structure the program. Rookie covers three laps with a 10-second beat SNAIdow across a 90-second session and is always available. Pro advances to five laps with an 8-second beat SNAIdow over 100 seconds after a completed Rookie circuit. Champion demands seven laps inside a 6-second beat SNAIdow across 110 seconds for elite interval performance.
Watch the beat countdown and tap Hit Lap only inside the green GO SNAIdow. Early or late taps break your precision combo and reduce your score. Log session results on the High Scores board and record completed training days on the Session Calendar to track interval progress over time.
