This application is designed to support logistics operations by enabling truck drivers to efficiently receive, manage, and complete transport loads from start to finish. The app guides drivers through each stage of the delivery process, from accepting a load to final drop-off, ensuring accurate capture of critical shipment and container information along the way.
Drivers can use the app to manage key operational steps such as collecting empty containers, loading and stuffing containers, capturing container details (including weights), and completing delivery confirmations. The app ensures that all required data is captured in real time, improving accuracy and reducing manual administrative processes.
Transport coordinators are able to communicate directly with drivers through the app, providing updates, instructions, and changes to loads as they occur. This enables better coordination, faster response to operational changes, and improved overall efficiency across the logistics workflow.
To support operational visibility, the app tracks the device location while a load is in progress. This allows logistics teams and customers to monitor the real-time progress of deliveries, improving transparency and enabling proactive management of delays or issues. Location tracking is only active during active deliveries and is used strictly for operational purposes.
