GoFathom

Develop every player, beyond the session.

Coaches bring extraordinary insight to every session, but when guidance travels by memory it gets filtered, forgotten, or never fully lands. GoFathom keeps it. It is a multi-sport player development platform that connects coach, player and parent around one growing record of every player's development, so the insight from every session lands and stays.

GoFathom is built around five pillars.

FEEDBACK

• Record feedback by voice note, video, photo, text or external link.
• Coach AI turns quick observations into clear, actionable feedback and reports.
• Smart ordering prompts coaches through the squad, so no player is missed.
• Every note sits on a searchable timeline for each player, filtered by skill area.
• Attach drills and YouTube links, compare technique across two clips side by side, and import video from FullTrack AI, NV Play, Veo and other tools.
• Keep coach-only internal notes until you are ready to share.

WELLBEING

• Players check in before each session on sleep, mood, body state and motivation.
• After the session they capture mood, effort and enjoyment.
• Coaches see who is flying and who is flat at a glance, and follow wellbeing over time.

REFLECTION

• Players reflect on their performance, progress and achievements, when prompted or whenever they choose.
• They decide who sees each reflection: family, coaches, or just themselves.
• Player Story: a record of their development that belongs to the player and follows them across every coach, club and sport.

ENGAGEMENT

• Parents see feedback as soon as it is shared, with instant notifications.
• The main parent can give access to a second parent and grandparents.
• Every post a player shares is flagged until a coach responds.
• Coaches can turn parent comments off on any post.

ASSESSMENT

• Build your own tests and measures, and record results in real time where the assessment takes place.
• Result cards show a player's latest scores, against their previous results and against their group.
• Players see their current and previous scores in the Player Assessment Centre.

FOR PARENTS

Start a Player Story for your child, invite every coach they work with, and keep feedback from every club, school and sport in one place. You hold the account, decide which coaches join, and decide whether your child, if 13 or over, has direct access.

BUILT FOR SAFEGUARDING

All communication between coaches, players and parents takes place in one structured, compliant and managed channel, not personal messaging. No contact details are exposed. Data is stored in the UK and GDPR compliant.

WHO IT'S FOR

Clubs, schools, private academies, private coaches, pathways and camps, in any sport including: cricket, football, rugby, golf, netball, hockey, tennis, athletics and more.

GoFathom is available on Android and iOS for coaches, players and parents, with an additional web console for coaches and organisations.
