Pay often does not match advertised rates and expenses like tolls and Prop 22 earnings are not reimbursed.
App reliability issues: glitches, sometimes no routes or itineraries show up even when a notification says routes are available.
Signup friction and privacy concerns: requires sensitive information and limited vehicle options; long or unclear approval times.
No location-based filtering, leading to errands that are far away.
Low volume of gigs; few tasks per week, making it hard to earn gas money.

Recent reviews

They don't reimburse bridge toll and will have you cross the bay and golden gate in one route. They don't pay the prop 22 earnings guarantee for CA workers either. They claim $25/hr but it's more like $12. They don't show you your itinerary, only the next stop so it's impossible to plan a restroom break which is kinda crucial for women. I've tried every gig there is. This one is the worst, by far.

Don't waste your time. Try Amazon Flex way better. This is basically free labor. I mean if you like doing charity. This is for you my friends haha. Trash app.
