Errand - On Demand Errands

Update: After hounding customer service through text, and them asking for proof of my bank statements(I did not send this via text, huge security red flag), receipts etc, I FINALLY got it processed. They tried to refund via cashapp at first. Sketchy. Orignal:I will change my review if something good happens. I created a task, a runner accepted then cancelled last minute. I never got my money refunded. Three weeks later and I'm still contacting them to resolve it. This should have been automatic.

This does not work, they sent me by email the code number for verification and validity of the account and it did not work, error when entering the code
