The only thing less functional than their website is their app. I often have to open the website anyways since several parts of the app aren't designed in a way that allow you to use them on mobile.

Won't let me log in, goes to a blank screen and tells me my credentials are wrong (when I use the same ones to log in on a computer). Tried reinstalling the app, didn't help.
