2026-08-01	Tw*****	We were not able to download the QR code. We purchased these tickets via Groupon and I spent hours trying to download the tickets without success. We tried to use the QR code and the confirmation numbers we received from Go City to sinc them with the App, but Go City App says the numbers were not valid. 3 of the merchants used the numbers to pull up the tickets with success and 2 others weren't successful. We spent hours trying to fix it, and missed the attractions!

2026-07-24	Gr*****	bad experience, we took a 2 day pass and for some attractions need to be redeem at the office, and doesn't say on the app, then you have 6 attractions obligatory to buy, but they know that some museums that you take, you won't be able to make it on time, is unfair that they give you 2 day pass counting hours at night when there is nothing to do at night. Last, some museum you have to download another pass, and they doesn't explain this on the app. You'll loose time downloading it.
