Pros

Convenient and easy to use app for grocery delivery.
Good selection of local grocery stores, especially for Asian products.
Timely delivery and good communication during the order process.
Generally acceptable quality of produce and items delivered.

Cons

Frequent issues with missing items and incorrect orders.
Poor app navigation and functionality, such as the back button exiting the app.
Problems with coverage areas and delivery availability not being communicated effectively.
Higher app prices compared to in-store prices.

Have ordered from Gocery since the beginning, and there has always been something wrong with my order (i.e. missing items, refunds taking weeks/months, frozen items completely defrosted on arrival, delivery communication non existent) Wish I could support what seems like a great app idea however, I'm out of patience. App deleted.

My first order got cancelled several hours after, saying that the item is not available. Placed another order next day. The delivery time range was 2-9pm. Waited past 9pm, but nothing came nor any notification. Had to cancel. After wasting my whole day, all I heard back when I emailed them was "Sorry the vendor is no longer with GOcery." That's it.

It was good for quite a bit, until they changed the delivery areas so the store I always order from no longer delivers to my area. Worst is that the app doesn't tell you that they made such changes, so I would fill up my cart and proceed to check out, then the app didn't allow me to check out. Customer service is quick but they can't change that. The fact that they kept changing things without telling frequent customers is just baffling. I uninstalled the app after one year of using it.
