2023-05-16	Mo*****	Completely ridiculous. Don't waste your time! My purchases using GoCashBack have been in pending status for over a month! I've reached out multiple times about this & also technical issues with the app, but I'm limited to sending emails because they don't have a real customer service department that you can contact. I don't think their email is monitored because I've never heard back in any way from them after weeks! I'm just going to stick with Rakuten for cash back because this is just a joke!

This app is equivalent to the browser add on and is very easy to use if you shop on your phone. This is probably the best app I have ever downloaded and I have downloaded 100s. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.
