Pretty sure it's a scam, just a data mining app. I read the other reviews, mostly all bad, before I installed, but figured what have I got to lose. I configured everything correctly and the app shows my car in the Express lanes at right time but it didn't match any transactions, as other users have already said. I called NTTA, they said they don't know anything about GoCarma and are NOT affiliated with them. If so, how would GoCarma match any transactions? Apparently, then don't! Removing.

Never shuts off, drains phone battery. You can force stop the app and it will arbitrarily start up again while you're sitting in your house (nowhere near a tollway). Would much prefer an app that allows you to turn it on when I plan on using the HOV express lanes. Just another case of big brother wanting to track everything everyone does. Deleted the app. Do not recommend although it does save money when you have two people in the car.
