Horrible experience I have booked go mini from Portsaid, I arrived before pick up time and I have found that the previous bus had delay 1 hour, my bus didn't come and the CS at the office didn't know when will the bus be ready as it was at maintainance, call center told me no money will be refunded for this volataile trip and they dealed in a bad manner
