BluChip allows student-athletes to showcase the intangible qualities that make them highly desirable candidates for today’s workforce. With BluChip, collegiate and high school athletes can get ahead of the competition by sharing with prospective employers the competencies they have been continuously developing, including teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, discipline, competitiveness and leadership.

For hiring companies, BluChip makes the screening, interviewing and hiring process more efficient by exposing the most well-rounded candidates through a data-driven scoring index, and eLearning and assessment programs that measure qualities that don't show up on paper. The result is a platform that creates more opportunities for student athletes and positive outcomes for hiring companies.

BluChip provides a fully featured activity feed that showcases all app content.

The feed can be personalized dynamically with recent posts from any student-athlete or select member to include only content that is relevant to each member.

All members have the ability to upload avatars, edit profiles and view other members’ profiles. All members can view, follow, friend and direct message one another.

All members can share videos, pictures, links and docs on their profiles and groups with custom privacy settings.

All members can engage with one another’s posts with features including @mentions, pictures and gifs.

All members can send private messages to one member or a group of members. Additionally, members can tag each other using @mentions to engage fellow student-athletes, employers or select members to join conversations.

All members can use search to discover public posts, posts by fellow student-athletes or other members, posts from their groups, and to locate member profiles.

BluChip allows student-athletes and other members to join public, private or hidden groups. Members may also create groups and invite friends.

Notification settings can be configured by all members to include @mentions, messages and connection requests.
