2026-08-21	Ti*****	Argh, what have you done? I used to love this app before the recent update. Now it’s unusable for me. My phone software is up to date and compatible with the app. In the formalizer, I dislike relying on the space bar to scroll within the small text box; it just makes it harder and more frustrating. And I can't access the converted text box at all—can't tap into it, no scrolling to read the conversation. Useless! Please fix these issues and revert it to how it was when it was perfectly fine.

Instead of making tasks easier, it takes so long to figure out how simple things should work, it just becomes frustrating. Definitely not for me. I wish I had not paid for this at all. Now it's working fine, but I'm not sure whether I'm on the PRO when I look in-app. I paid for the PRO version but somehow it still shows me the sign in page, and when I sign in using my google account, I don't get signed in? Can anyone help clarify?
