The digital app has been created to minimize the number of road accidents and ensuring the safety of the passengers. The app provides a platform to the passenger for launching the complaint against the pubic transport drivers/ transport company/ a feedback mechanism for improving road safety. All the complaints will be evaluated by the Transport department and forthwith action will be taken against the violators. It works as a check on the drivers and public transport vehicles so that they abide by the traffic laws and regulations and ensure careful driving observing the all necessary road safety protocols
