Goals & Tasks reminder popup:
A Popup that appears when you launch time-wasting apps. It shows your goals and daily tasks and lets you decide if you really want to spend time using the app. Optionally, it can also appear when you unlock your phone.

Goals:
Create and preview your goals in a beautiful way. Add images that motivate you, create counters to track your progress and divide your larger goals into smaller sub-goals.

Daily Tasks:
Plan and organize your day. Create daily or repeating tasks that help you remember everything that you must do. Set daily reminders. Get morning notifications about the tasks for the day and unfinished tasks from yesterday.

Widgets are available for Daily Tasks and Goals.

Review how much time you are spending on the phone with our daily time distribution chart.

Read a random quote every day to motivate yourself even more.

It is a very good app. It has motivational quotes and you can write your daily tasks.

I'm very shallow so I'll start by saying the app is kinda bland in visual design. That being said, this is the most effective app for me so far despite trying hundreds of fancy and pretty productivity apps. Honestly, I could've gotten the same effect if I journaled. But the thing is, I don't journal. This app reminds me of what's important and keeps me from wasting too much time scrolling on social media.
