Useless app , seems even without unit testing launch in production, WORST user exerperience , Unable to file a single complaint

There is no follow up mechanism by the supervisory authority on grievances.I made a complaint regarding non working of street light.At one end the complaint was not resolved,on another end false massage regarding resolution of complaint was also sent to me.
