Gyanodaya Secondary School

Shree Gyanodaya Higher Secondary School, a community School, was established in 2018 B.S, is now located in Turang Village Development Committee, ward no-1, Majuwa,Gulmi, Nepal. Majuwa Bazzar is just in front of this school and two academic instutions; Manaka Tikaram Multiple Campus and Shree Polaris Secondary Boarding School, are near this very school. There is Rudrawati River in the south and Hugdi Khola is in the East of this school.

Shree Gyanodaya Higher Secondary school has occupied enough area that is appropriate for teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities i.e. playing different kinds of Sports. There are enough buildings, toilet, playgrounds, garden and the facility of clean drinking water. This school is bounded from all sides, so there is no any distrubance from outside for the teaching and learning activities. Turang,Rupakot, Balithum,Jubhung, Aapchaur students come to study here.Students have got opportunities to study there in friendly environment. This school runs from Grade Nursery to Grade XII.

Moreover, there is one Technological program named TECS (Technical Eduction in Community School) program permitted by CTEVT (Council For Technical Education and Vocational Training),Where student get chance to learn computer programming, hardware, Networking and designing. Other class runs in day time while Computer program runs during the morning time. Really, this new program has added the beauty of this school as well as many students are benefited from it because such type of program is not in surrounding areas. Laxmi Pd Bhandari is the head teacher of this school and there are level wise coordinators in order to run school effectively and smoothly. Both English and Nepali medium classes have been administrated that have lured many students to study in this school.

Similarly discipline committee has also been formed to maintain the overall discipline inside the boundary of school, and a extracurricular activity committee has been formed for the students' physical, mental, and social development. Students have got opportunities to use different modern technologies i.e. Computers, Internet, Smart board, over head Projectors, E-library and so on in the course of their study.
