It provides the information necessary for diet management, including calorie calculations, price calculations, and detailed nutritional calculations such as amino acid scores.

I created this book because I wanted to improve the nutritional balance of my daily meals.
You can easily calculate the nutrition of recipes and menus, which is useful for nutritional management.

Just enter the food name to check the nutrient content.
Of course, you can also narrow down your search by detailed conditions such as calories, protein, amino acids, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.
You can also look up detailed nutrients.
It is designed to be easy to use, like a dictionary or encyclopedia.
The user interface is simple and easy to understand, and the search function is also extensive.

●Easy to calculate nutrition for recipes and menus

This app allows you to calculate nutritional information for foods included in recipes and menus.
You can easily calculate nutrition by simply entering the necessary information. It is useful for checking the nutritional balance of the menu you have prepared and for managing calories while dieting.


●Easily record recipes and menus

With this app, you can easily record recipes and menus. By recording the recipes and menus you make, you can check your nutritional balance and manage your diet.
You can also easily access the menus you have created by setting tags for them.


[How to operate the app]

●Dictionary screen

- You can narrow down information by text using the search button on the top right.

・Use the star button to the left of the list to add frequently used ingredients to your favorites.

- You can narrow down the contents of the dictionary in various ways from the drawer button on the top left.You can perform operations such as Display only favorites,'' Display only seafood,'' and Display only items with a certain calorie or less.&#39;&#39;<br><br>●Recipe creation screen<br><br>- You can rearrange the order of recipes using the drawer button on the top left. You can sort the items by lowest calorie'', highest vitamin C&#39;&#39;, etc.<br><br>・By swiping the recipe list to the left, the delete button and share button for the recipe will be displayed. This allows you to perform various operations.<br><br>-You can paste a reference link (URL) for each recipe. This allows you to easily access the recipe source.<br><br>-Nutrition per serving is automatically calculated by entering the number of servings of ingredients.<br><br>●Menu creation screen<br><br>- You can freely set tags for each menu to categorize it.<br><br>- You can use the filter button on the top right to display only menus that include the set tag or specific recipe.<br><br>・For menus, there is a protect button'' to protect them from editing, an ingredient list button'' to view all ingredients used in the menu, a delete button'' to delete the menu, a duplicate button'' to duplicate the menu, and a copy button'' to copy the menu. There is an "edit button" to edit.

・In order to accurately calculate the nutritional value of a menu, it is possible to change the menu calculation settings. Various settings are possible, such as "male, 20 years old, low physical activity level," and nutrition will be calculated based on that.
