cHHange - It's Normal has the sole purpose of educating the world about puberty and body changes.

The problem: In India alone, most girls and boys are unaware of what will occur during their adolescent development (puberty) until it happens! We are often misled by superstitions and fabricated information shared by peers and elders who also don't know what exactly happens during puberty. Parents are afraid to start the conversation, and kids are too uneducated to ask! Beliefs replace science, which is dangerous. There are so many shocking facts and statistics about puberty knowledge that frighten us about the future of humanity. If people don't even know about their own bodies, what will they do to educate future generations? So many adolescents decide not to attend school and lose their confidence and talent because they are afraid and unaware of what is happening to them and their bodies. Puberty takes a physical and mental toll, often being unacknowledged because of taboos and social stigma. All over the world, it's a serious issue.

cHHange - It's Normal's information library educates ages 8 and above about all the aspects of puberty. It has an entire section for hygienic practices and precautions to ensure that all users leave with real information and can happily live their lives without worrying about whether their bodies are behaving normally. The app utilizes Artificial Intelligence with a friendly chatbot that people can use to vent and/or ask questions. It has expert information, and is programmed to understand complex strings of conversation. There's also a fun game in Game Time for users experiencing mood swings or painful moments. It uses AI and ML (Machine Learning) to match your face to an emoji's expression! The Connect section lets you use a fantastic website called Kids Helpline to connect with experts on a safe, secure, and private call/webchat and ask questions, join My Circle, which is a place to safely talk about your problems and questions and see what others are asking, and even do fun quizzes, games, (etc.) It's a place to calm down, vibe out, and connect!

Puberty can be a strenuous process, but it leaves a sublime outcome, and to ensure that outcome is fantastic, a child must know that change is normal. This app guarantees that.
