Merchant Responsibility: Panetto provides the technical infrastructure only. Pizzeria owners maintain sole responsibility for food quality, menu accuracy, and order fulfillment.

Allergen Safety: While we provide filtering tools, they rely on merchant-provided data. Users must verify ingredients directly with the shop for high-risk sensitivities.

Distance Estimation: To maximize speed, distance is calculated locally on your device. Figures are estimates; minor discrepancies in travel distance may occur.

Account Integrity: Panetto reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in spam, fraudulent details, or misuse of the platform.

To speed up your onboarding, Panetto uses Google Gemini AI to securely verify shop documentation. If you prefer manual review, you can request an alternative verification via our support team.

Automated Purge: Sensitive KYB documents (IDs) are automatically deleted within 7 days of verification.

No Data Selling: Your shop’s data and customer lists are siloed and never shared with third parties.

Zero Commissions: We do not handle payments or take a cut of your sales. One fixed subscription covers everything.
