Glux: Know Your Diabetes Risk

Feeling fine isn't the same as knowing.

Diabetes risk builds without symptoms. And checking usually means a clinic, a fast and a blood draw — so it keeps getting postponed.

Glux is a two-minute door. Answer a short set of questions and Glux calculates your Indian Diabetes Risk Score, shows you the band your score falls in, and breaks down which factors contributed to it. Then it builds you a personalized 90-day habit plan to act on it.

Your risk score, free
The IDRS is a published, validated screening questionnaire developed by the Madras Diabetes Research Foundation. Glux applies the published scoring table — it does not invent the number or the bands. You get your score, your band, and a per-factor breakdown of what drove it. Free.

A plan built from your answers, not a pamphlet
Your 90-day habit plan is generated from your age, weight, activity level and food preferences, and delivered as weeks, daily to-dos and milestones at day 30, 60 and 90. The plan is AI-generated wellness guidance — not a treatment plan, and not written by a clinician.

Small things, tracked
Log walking, exercise, sleep, weight, waist and daily habits. Set reminders so the day's habits don't get away from you, and watch the trends build over the 90 days.

90 days later, take it again
Retake the questionnaire and compare where you started with where you finished.

Who Glux is for
Adults aged 18 and over who feel fine and have never checked their diabetes risk. Glux is not for people managing diagnosed diabetes. It is not a glucose monitor, an insulin app, a medication app or a calorie counter.

If your score is higher
A higher-risk band is a good reason to talk to a doctor and get a confirmatory blood test. Glux tells you that for free, before it asks you for anything.

Important
Glux is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information provided is for educational purposes only. The Indian Diabetes Risk Score is a screening questionnaire — not a blood test, and not a diagnosis. A score in any band does not mean you have or will develop diabetes.
