I recommend Google to remove this app from Google play. Can't use it. If it's meant to for scanning then leave it at GLS shop usage not to consumers. Lack of vision, when they made this app.

I use this app as a backup for when our provided parcel scanner isn't working. The need for phone login is simply stupid. We already have the long usernames and the password provided to us from GLS. Looking at old reviews, this has been a "feature" for years. I see absolutely no point in still having it, both because it's clearly a disliked thing, and it's purely not needed these days. Just look at PostNord's alternative retail app. They did it right for once.
