When you get the app connected to the controller it is okay. Trying to connect to the controller is very frustrating as it takes several attempts.

UPDATE: I found a phone number on the app page and called it. I've reached Jason in Alberta. It was a very technical process but I reset the driver in the access point inside the box. The App appears to be working better for me and I need to address my wifi not reaching the box properly. Thankfully Jason took the time to work with me on a technical level and it solved my problems. Great tech support and I love the lights!
