2026-02-21	St*****	That's the most ridiculous platform I've ever seen. 1. They hold awards for 45 days in cases when the employee receives multiple awards in a short period. 2. They ship wrong items. I ordered a Samsung Watch7 44mm and they sent me the 40mm. 3. They don't own their mistakes. They refunded the points that I paid for the watch , and they gave me 200 complimentary points. They corrected the catalog item that I ordered and listed it as 40mm. The 44mm now costs more, and they refuse to provide the poin

2025-12-30	Ra*****	No help through this app. Can't track, integrally, instead it pops you over to a website that never has your tracking number loaded. Then you have to log back into workday app, memorized the tracking number to enter it manually. I can not see a use for this app at all. Just use the website. That way you can copy and paste, at least.
