GlobalMed's eNcounter®NOW is a secure and convenient direct-to-patient telehealth mobile app designed to allow health practitioners to connect directly and securely to their patients using their own mobile devices. The eNcounterNOW direct-to-patient solution provides a mobile appointment experience that is simple and secure. The application is fully HIPAA-compliant and includes calendar management, notifications, digital consent management, full audio and video controls and the ability to invite ten participants to the appointment.

Patients receive an invite from the eNcounterNOW portal, they download the eNcounterNOW app and fill in their account information, select an open appointment slot and visit with their doctor directly from the eNcounterNOW app.

NOTE: Although you may download the app at any time, to login and use the app you must first receive an eNcounterNOW invite link from your medical provider or institution.

No sirve, por lo menos para el servicio de telemedicina universal, no deja encender el micrófono en llamas, no deja subir documentos y la aplicación en si tiene un diseño pésimo. Muy mal servicio.
