For every claim choose of a small list of "all countries in the world" where you were treated. No favourite list or home country function. After that same for the currencies. If you live in Zambia scroll a bit... Pictures taken convert to a 10MB pdf!! So uploads are taking time. If the screen blocks during this time chances are the claim does not get submitted and you are logged out!? So you go through your favourite drop down menus of "all countries in the world" and currencies all over.
