Glitch Dream

Glitch Dream is a logic puzzle experience where the player reconstructs complete images by rotating fragmented tiles. Each image is divided into a 2×2 or 3×3 grid, and every tile can be rotated in 90° steps clockwise. The objective is to align all pieces correctly so the full image is formed seamlessly, without gaps, borders, or visual separation.

The gameplay in Glitch Dream is structured into 10 consecutive rounds. The first 5 rounds use a 2×2 layout designed for simpler visual structures, while the next 5 rounds switch to a more complex 3×3 format. Each round presents a new image, and both the tile positions and their initial rotations are randomized, requiring fresh logical reasoning each time.

When a puzzle is solved correctly, a green frame appears around the completed image for a short moment (1 second), confirming success before automatically moving to the next round. This ensures smooth progression without manual confirmation between stages.

Across all rounds, the system tracks total completion time. After finishing the final puzzle, the total time is displayed as the final result of the session. Only results greater than zero are eligible for saving into the records.

In Glitch Dream, results are stored only after a fully completed session. If the game is interrupted, minimized, closed, or exited to the menu, the result is not recorded, ensuring that only complete runs contribute to the record system.

When the game is minimized, a pause state is automatically triggered and a pause window appears. The player must return and close it to continue. While any dialog is active, interaction with puzzle elements is disabled, and multiple simultaneous windows are not supported.
