NEW ANDROID version of the app Feb 2024! - Delete your app. - Reinstall from App Store. - Unplug sign. - Launch app. - Once app loads and starts scanning, plug sign in. - Should be connected in 5s or so! Our sign is back to being on time! YAY! Original review: Android connectivity issues here as well. Is there a fix coming?? Please and Thank you!! Stuck on Holiday Hours. Been waiting for a fix. It's now January 21st. Help?

2024-01-20	Da*****	It used to work great and now does not work on any Android device. No signs are found when scanning. I tried 5 different phones. It works somewhat on iPhone but won't update all days. Hopefully there is a fix for this issue

2024-01-12	Le*****	Would not connect with my android phone, I even tried unpairing other devices to see if that helped and nothing. Luckily I also have an iPad and it connected... very frustrating. If you have an android the app probably won't work.

2023-06-06	Jo*****	24hr time format IS NOT available. I'm on a military installation and would like to use 24hr format, which the description says you can do, but can not. Also, OPEN does not shut off at the time set in the open/closed hours. These are simple software coding fixes that any fiver coding hire could fix in matter of minutes.

2023-03-15	Ma*****	App worked initially when I set up the sign but now I am unable to connect to the sign via Bluetooth. Very frustrating. That was the main reason I purchased this sign and now I can't even utilize all the functions. Very disappointed.

2022-11-21	Je*****	Worked great when we first got the sign. With the time change we found we could no longer connect tour sign even though my phones blue tooth can see it. Tried every troubleshooting trick gli suggests. Rolled the dice spending this much on a sign that is now useless.

2021-11-17	Ga*****	The update RUINED this app. Things worked well until the update. Then the app was asking for a PIN. I called the sign company. They were clueless. I have recently read a review from a guy named Nicholas Ewer. I'm following his instructions to make the app work since the update. Will update with results. I spent over $200 to be able to set an automatic schedule via the app. If I wanted to turn the sign on and off every day, I would have paid $40 for a sign without an app. SOMEONE FIX THIS APP!

2021-07-24	Dr*****	Since your most recent update to the GLI open Sign app on the Google play store the sign does have the 12 hour time format now. However that is the only time format it will allow you to select. This is only a problem because in the on/off page of the app the off time will does NOT keep a PM time. After you set your off time and press select the app sets for an AM time. So now my sign turns on at the correct time in the morning, but will not shut itself off in the evening. Please correct this.
