I booked a shellac nail appointment with Ivette through this app - the process was very easy and it was great to be able to message Ivette through the chat feature prior to the appointment! I had an in studio appointment and her studio was very clean and spacious. The shellac manicure was around 1h and 45 mins as Ivette put a lot of care to prep my nails, and we did nail art and chrome as well. She was very attentive to details as well.
