Shopping cart/checkout problems: items can't be accessed in the cart, items disappear, and there are multiple checkout buttons leading to unreliable payments
Difficult navigation and overall poor user experience: hard to find items, confusing categories, and not user-friendly
Poor discoverability of causes/events: My Causes often doesn’t show events and users must manually search Explore Causes; events/fundraisers are hard to locate

Worst app ever. I bought tickets to a dance and can't get them. Signed in and it says my email needs to be calidated but not how to do it. It won't send a verication email.
