I am extremely disappointed with The Gate Academy app and its third-rate customer support. After making a payment to purchase a course, my course is still not active. I have called customer care over 100 times, and yet, no one has bothered to answer the phone. This lack of response is unacceptable. My money has gone to waste, and I feel completely ignored by this unprofessional service. Shame on you and your poor customer support!
