Two stars for the idea, but the app doesn't work properly. First, I chose the option of signing in as a customer with Google, but it does not work. I had to sign in with my mobile number. Then, I could not register my full home address as you can only choose the address from a particular map, and it is incomplete. Then, after I've inputted all details and clicked next to choose the gigworker, I get an error saying Http status error [500]. It is a waste of time rather than a help!

The app has severe usability issues. Chat windows don't register text, making communication nearly impossible. Some buttons are unresponsive and leave the customer with the feeling they don't work. Customer support is slow. Tried it twice, nobody came the first time and the second was cancelled when it was supposed to start - being already paid and accepted... Only created unnecessary stress and never got anything done, twice. Will delete and never use again
