Don't use WOOHOO, they only do hoo hoo after receiving money, their loyalty program coins which you receive as cashback expires after 7 days, but you'll not be able to use them anywhere, applicable balance for any purchase will be 0 always, even if you have 1L of balance it'll be 0 for any purchase. Terms& conditions are never mentioned on their website, pine card is also scam, don't buy it

Just Got scammed by woohoo. Bought a bookmyshow gift card and paid through upi. But the app showed awaiting for payment for an hour and just deleted the transaction details completely. Tried to contact and the question they ask everytime -"what is your order id?" They deleted every trace of the order and transaction and then asking about the details. Even could not take screenshot after the order was placed. NPCI complaint is the last way now. Dont use this app. Its a scam.
