Take#2 is an app that allows you to practice English shadowing using movie files (mkv, mp4, avi) and subtitle files (SRT, SMI) stored on your smartphone. Listen to the dialogue from your favorite scenes as many times as you like, repeat it after them, and record your pronunciation to compare it immediately.

Take#2 ■ Player Controlled via Subtitles

• Video at the top, full subtitle list at the bottom — scrolls automatically following the playback position

• Tap a line of subtitles to start playback immediately from that line

• Long-press a subtitle to select a section, and it will repeat infinitely with pauses before and after the line, as well as breathing time to repeat along

■ Pronunciation Recording

• Repeat the sentence you are currently repeating, record it, and compare it with native speaker pronunciation

• Recordings are deleted the moment the window is closed — they are not saved or transmitted anywhere

■ View Translation

• Long-press unfamiliar sentences to check them immediately via Google Translate (opens in an external browser)

■ Continue Learning

• Save sentences you want to practice again to favorites

• Remember playback position per video — continue from the last scene
