Not sure how I'm supposed to use the live timers while balancing on the board. Seems like a decent app, but it asked me twice for a review within the first five minutes so it gets 3 stars for being annoying.

love having preset workouts that are longer plus the 5 minute "resets".

Great exercises with the slack board! Great instructors. Easy to follow, and they explain the difference between using a board for the exercise vs just doing on the floor. Recommend 100%. Everything seems free once you sign up. You need to buy one of their boards before you can do these, so it's nice that the app is free. 😊
