2021-04-25	Pr*****	Worst experience.I have recently ordered 4 gifts from their website.Only one of them is good n remaining ones look so cheap.You can get the same item in other e-commerce websites for a better price and quality.People working in geekmonkey are rude to their customers and do not reply when there is a point in your message.They don't post your reviews in their website(if your rating<5).They loot people.They don't check your messages or reply you on WhatsApp, instagram or mail.Never gonna buy again!

I ordered an product but I receive different product. when I discuss on WhatsApp they said replacement is not available for me because I order from ssg coins but it's not my problem because I already paid online. they said it's not our problem it's ssg app problem I don't understand how can some other apps can give discount coupon without website owner permission. I feel cheated this is totally fraud case.
